Large Format Digital Printing

Our production line-up continues to grow for large format digital printing. To best suit the needs of our customers, we have built this department with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. This includes our newest addition, the Inca Onset X2 UV flatbed press. It prints edge-to-edge on flexible and rigid sheeted substrates up to 126" x 63" and is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications, including POP, backlit signage and tradeshow graphics.

Our digital print shop also includes the AGFA Jeti Titan UV Inkjet Flatbed and the ZUND G3L 3200 Digital Cutter. The Jeti Titan Flatbed boasts 1200 dpi resolution with 6-color capability, plus white ink and a spot-varnish finish, on rigid substrates up to 6’ x 10’. It flawlessly executes text as small as 4 point. The ZUND Digital Cutter provides high quality, efficient finishing without the need for dies. It works on any rigid substrate and in addition to cutting, it will route, crease, score or kiss-cut.

Our digital capabilities are suited for all levels of projects from short-runs to higher quantities, and we are one of few print vendors who can do large format digital lenticular signs.
